We believe EAs and PAs are the glue that holds executive leaders, leadership teams, boards and organisations together. They are almost superhuman in their organisational powers.

We know this because for over two decades we have worked proudly side by side with EAs and executives all over New Zealand through our popular execPEP program – our bespoke, highly customised coaching program focused on elevating the nuances and work patterns of these high performing duos.

EA roles are one of the most profoundly impactful functions in organisations and yet we believe they are underrepresented in high class learning opportunities – we aim to rectify that.

This program has been designed in collaboration and input from EAs providing an opportunity to create brainspace to step away, breathe and explore ways to elevate.

Overview

This solution is ideal for

Executive assistants and personal assistants looking to elevate their performance and effectiveness. From highly experienced to new to role professionals.

Learning outcomes

Participants will explore and amplify their unique work styles and strengths to maximise impact in their role.
They’ll investigate ways to preserve and optimally look after energy levels, allowing more space for the essential.
Develop deeper rapport with their executives, refining communication, trust, and workflow patterns.
Explore how to lead without authority, influence decisions, and handle high-pressure situations, taking performance to the next level.

Delivery format

Virtual workshops will be hosted on MS Teams providing a live, synchronous setting.
Modules are a combination of interactive workshops and application of the content, supported by peer learning and 1:1 coaching.
The delivery of the modules is spread over a number of weeks to allow ample time for absorption and familiarisation.
