Our session will be run in a “learning laboratory” style – please expect plenty of practical hands-on experimentation and collective exploration as we dive into the world of AI together.

A few important things to note in preparation. Please:

• Have your AI platform ready to go before the session. We’ll be working directly with AI tools throughout, so please make sure you can access and use your preferred platform.
• Clear your calendar for the duration of the workshop. We encourage you to set an out-of-office reply so you can be fully present and “where your feet are.”
• Feel free to join early to check your tech setup and ensure everything is working smoothly.
• Know we’ll have regular breaks to avoid screen fatigue. There will be plenty of opportunities to stretch, refuel, and check in on anything urgent.
• Please have your camera and microphone on so we can connect and collaborate as a group. Our lab is interactive.
